Over the years, Quebec’s cuisine has been influenced by First Nations, French and British cultures.

This tour gives you the opportunity to discover and taste these various cultural and culinary traditions, as well as to taste the products that make up the gourmet authenticity of Quebec City. 

Your guide will introduce you to the history and architecture of the area as you taste typical local specialties from a variety of businesses such as grocers, chocolate makers, restaurants, bakeries and many others.
