Côte Terrebonne Master Plan for Sustainable Development (Urbanova)
ObjectiveTo offer a vision for innovative urban development, encourage best practices in sustainable development and improve municipal sustainable development initiatives.

- Over 37% of the neighbourhood is earmarked for a biodiversity corridor.
- 30,000 new residents will enjoy a live-work-play community built around active transportation.
- All residents will enjoy access to facilities, parks and public spaces.
- Water, waste and energy efficiency measures target LEED® Neighbourhood certification.
