What does Digital Inclusion mean for Canada’s diverse municipalities?

Session summary

Part of the Kick-starting your municipal innovation webinar series presented by FCM's Innovation Network

Wednesday, March 28, 2018

Digital inclusion is an emerging topic in Canada. With adoption among the greatest challenges for new technology and process, this is the re-design and delivery of services that consider all residents. It's not as risky as you think. Following the Ontario Digital Inclusion Summit, we will build on this conversation to offer the Canada-wide perspective from our local communities. With experts from Cisco, the City of Kitchener and leading academics, learn how new forms of citizen engagement are overcoming security concerns to seize upon this moment in time.

This webinar will also be presented in French, with relevant local examples, on Wednesday, April 4.
