FCM First Vice-President Joanne Vanderheyden is the mayor of the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc, Ontario. She’s served as mayor since 2010. She’s also a councillor for Middlesex County, Ontario, and former chair of the Middlesex-London Health Unit.

FCM President Garth Frizzell is a councillor for the City of Prince George, British Columbia. He was first elected to council in 2008, and is currently serving his fourth term. He chairs the city’s finance and audit committee.

FCM third Vice-President Scott Pearce is the Mayor of the Township of Gore, first elected in November 2004. He has also been the Warden of the RCM Argenteuil since 2014—and a member of FCM’s Board of Directors since 2009.
