The Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) is the national voice for Canada's local governments. FCM’s advocacy and programs help secure new resources and tools to build stronger communities, bringing together nearly 2,000 municipalities of all sizes – representing more than 90 percent of Canadians.
Under the supervision of FCM’s Director of Programs, Governance and Social Inclusion, the Project Director for PMI-WILL will be responsible for the overall management and implementation of the project, in order to ensure it meets its objectives effectively and achieves its expected outcomes.

The Outreach Officer is the first point of contact for clients wanting to apply to FCM programs. The officer provides assistance and guidance to applicants on eligibility and process, while providing superior client service. As such, the officer is an effective communicator who can identify and define needs and make connections for FCMs Programs funding and knowledge products. The Advisor has a comprehensive understanding of the current and developing Program offers (funding and knowledge) and can advise clients towards the best course of action to better their individual initiatives.
