On the eve of Canada 150 celebrations, mayors from 22 of Canada's biggest cities will gather in the nation's capital to advance their nation-building agenda.

The Federation of Canadian Municipalities' Big City Mayors' Caucus will focus on the federal government's long-term infrastructure plan in a day-long conference. The mayors will discuss how to deliver on the federal government's transformative commitments to build a more livable, green and competitive Canada.

The mayors will also host Amarjeet Sohi, Minister of Infrastructure and Communities, and Catherine McKenna, Minister of Environment and Climate Change, to discuss their shared priorities on transit, housing and green infrastructure.
