FCM reserves the right to reject or cancel any application/agreement to exhibit. Eligibility to be an exhibitor at the 2020 Trade Show is limited to companies in good standing with FCM, and must represent business or interests relevant to Canadian municipalities.

We have created three exhibitor packages to fit your needs and budget. 

Our exhibit opportunities are limited to only 40 exhibit spaces located in the high-traffic entrance foyer and within the plenary and meal areas.

Exhibitor Standard Booth Package includes:

  • 2.5 days exhibit space (10'W x 8'D size booth)
  • 1 complete conference pass including access to plenaries, keynotes, workshops, meals during conference and entry access to social events
  • 1 Exhibit Staff badge providing access to exhibit space and meals during conference
  • Furniture: 1 six-foot skirted table, 2 chairs, show pipe and drape

  • 2.5 days exhibit space (10'W x 8'D size booth)

Table Top Exhibitor** Package includes:

  • 2.5 days exhibit space (Table display only: 6’W x 4’D skirted table with linen)
  • Exhibit space consists of a total of 24 square feet
  • 1 complete conference pass including access to plenaries, keynotes, workshops, meals during conference and entry access to social events
  • Furniture: 1 six-foot table and 1 chair
  • Limited to 1 roll-up banner permitted with a maximum width of 3 feet, must be placed behind chair
  • 40-word company profile, name and website on FCM Conference Website
  • 40-word company profile, name and website on FCM Conference Mobile App
  • Company name listing in delegate At-a-glance program

**Table Top Exhibitors are restricted to Non-Profit or Charitable organizations, and small businesses with less than 100 employees

Notes

  1. Electricity and internet are not included in the booth rental price.

  2. The flooring at the St. John's Convention Centre is covered with carpet, therefore booth carpeting/floor covering rental is not required by the exhibitor.  

  3. FCM does not provide a delegate list.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Safety and Security

All Exhibit staff must present a government-issued photo ID to pick up your badge on-site. Exhibitors will be required to wear the FCM issued badge and lanyard during exhibit hours. Name badges are not transferable under any circumstances.

Early Departure*
No exhibits or displays may be dismantled before the official close on Thursday October 22, 2020.

Hosted events

Exhibitor/Sponsor private functions are separately organized events during which Exhibitors/Sponsors can meet with FCM delegates outside of the Conference for the purposes of networking, entertaining and continuing business. Exhibitors/Sponsors organizing any type of private function are required to adhere to specific guidelines.

FCM must be informed of all planned functions on/before September 10, 2020. Exhibiting/Sponsoring companies must complete a form and submit to FCM for approval. Contact Marie Klobucar at tradeshow@fcm.ca for full details.
